kick-off

i have never really been one for new year's resolutions and the like but one surely must keep track of time and therefore progress. So there are probably some resolutions lurking in the psyche somewhere...they just have not become the spoken word yet. Ushering in the new year was a chilled affair...no danger of getting trapped in the mangled steel of a car wreck that way...torrential rain did not help and if one thing is true of the Gauteng resident...driving in the wet brings out the Schumacher in everyone...so accidents galore in the rain too. I will pass thank you.
So last year ended with challenges - l like that word - corporate speak for major problems like some really big problems. A mate standing trial for rape - fabricated but hey hell hath no fury...right?? Escaping job cut by a whisker and accepting a crap performance rating in exchange which means crap bonus etc etc...but there were silver lines in those clouds.
To kick off the year we start with a blog....yippeee....if I can keep this going perhaps I can extend the discipline into other areas of my life where it is way much more needed than on blogger - right??? We hope...
